Setting RADIAL_DIRECTION or RADIAL_SUBDIVISIONS to zero will give an error #4

Setting RADIAL_DIRECTION or RADIAL_SUBDIVISIONS to zero will give a floating point error. MCell should probably handle this more gracefully.

This was fixed by commit 885ae091727923d231e09cf5defff55a8a4c9efe.
