It should be tested:

how workflow interacts with PyPI (is it working with secrets.PYPI_API_TOKEN)
how it triggers on events (push and pull_request when changes to MCEq is introduced)
whether pushing of tags 'release_...' will trigger upload to PyPI

The PR also misses the deletion of the azure pipeline scripts. Currently a merge would trigger github actions and azure doing the same thing.
