Freesurfer color table can just be included in resources #17

It's just a text file, nothing proprietary there, so LUTs can just be kept in this repository, instead of making the user update the path in the config file.

Also, we should really rather use the BIDS standard LUT definition (dseg.tsv): https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/derivatives/imaging.html#common-image-derived-labels
