Remove First & Last Name from fields #10

Hi, the plugin works fine, but I'd just like the email form element. Seems I can't get rid of the First and last name.

Any help? Thanks!

What's your shortcode look like?

You should be able to remove first and last name with this:

[easyicontact first_name='0' last_name='0']

Not sure why it didn't work the first time, thanks I obviously had something wrong. Works fine now.
