Add Bolt Pouch Sotrage #9

Bolt pouch can be useful specifially for rare bolts where you will not hit the limit or enchanted/poisoned bolts. Different bolt configurations to select poisoned, enchanted, regular could be cool

Not very useful. Keeping as an issue temporarily at least. Maybe one day the bolt pouch will be larger and this can be revisited
