we're going to have to rename the package most likely because soar is already the name of a package on cran: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/SOAR/index.html
The other package is SOAR and not soar so they may still let us submit there but it would likely be best if we just changed the name. Leave ideas on this thread.
