Hey @AshleyWoods I just learned about this new Rshiny app called wallace it seems really cool and something that we can potentially learn from an even possibly contribute to. Here are the relevant links:

Just to review our conversation about wallace some of the nicer features it uses that we may want to co-opt for our purposes are: 1) excellent example of how to document and give attribution to R packages you are using 2) nice user interface - appears to be based off shiny dashboard 3) outputs an Rmarkdown file which records all of the R commands that were used to carry out the analysis
