Could somebody please check the way I'm using state in the component? I'm not using redux for this, but I'm hoping that's OK since it's kind of a self-contained component. Otherwise please let me know.
Also, if you could check the way I'm styling this component to make sure it's OK for our repo. If there's a preferred way, LMK.
