Due to recent changes in the forestable/forester package, and a new plan to have that package do a lot of the heavy lifting for the advance blobbogram-functionality (see #102), I have limited the scope of this PR to dealing with new functionality metafor. A range of other changes have been made (e.g. removing the weights from the example datasets) to help make the deault behaviour of the package more consistent, so that it will be easier to maintain the interface in the future.
