problem with preparing sheet #150

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. in the ROBINS-I all judgments are as high, low, no information .. but uploading a sheet with this format is not acceptable for the system, and other words like serious, critical, and.. are suggested. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
