[x] Copy Tally Material and Entry tables to PODLCA folder. Clean up duplicates
[x] Find old Tally transportation and service life tables for reference
[ ] Clean up spreadsheets to isolate relevant material parameters
[ ] Separate out biogenic carbon?

@mchaf0126 is this task about creating a clean "Tally material background dataset" or other types of background data?

This was an issue we talked about on the call on 10/2. My recollection is that we said this issue was something you just wanted to keep on the radar for cleaning the Tally background dataset. It wasn't meant to be done for next week.
