Hi Mchaisso

phasedSV is very useful, but when I was trying to install phasedSV, I encountered many missing libraries, if you can provide a docker image will be very helpful!

Hi, phasedSV is no longer supported - modern assembly methods and more accurate data have largely deprecated the method. Depending on your application, I can recommend other software.

Hi Mchaisso we have two targets 1) we have both illumina and PacBio reads for severalTrio samples, basically, we want to make SV calling combining illumina and PacBio reads along with pedigree information 2) for illumina reads, we performed SV callling with MantCNV, we want to use SV from PacBio reads to validation.
