Default Pregnant/Nursing gender to Female Not Spayed

On Pregnant/Nursing, would it be hard to default that form (only that form) to Female Not Spayed. Seems like that's going to be the norm.

Issue #61 must be completed to make "wants mom back" etc available in downloaded forms.
