Importing Contacts from Outlook connected to exchange returns 0 results

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Outcall
2. Click Options, Import from Outlook

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see my personal contacts from my exchange contacts 
folder. Global addressbook would be great too, but I dont even see an 
option for that. Is there support for GAL?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Outlook 2003 on WinXP SP2 and Outlook 2007 on Vista SP1 both do the exact 
same thing

Please provide any additional information below.
Running exchange server 2003 over HTTPS
