Us20 spec - Top 5 Customers #104

This branch includes ONLY the two tests for US20.

  1. A feature test that lives on the admin dashboard index
  2. A Customer model test.

The two tests are currently "x"ed out.

Merge into developer ASAP so that when somebody is ready to work on US20, the tests will already be there, and they can avoid having to switch back to an older branch.
