Fixed style issues in rewardsPointsSystem.py

Description of changes:

• Error 1: imports should be at the top of the page
• Error 2: no docstrings
• Error 3: no items_purchased == 0 error check should first
• Error 4: don't override the items_purchased when doing error check
• Error 5: define total_spent outside of if/else clause
• Error 6: do total_spent calculation outside of if/else clause
• Error 7: do items_purchased calculation outside of if/else clause
• Error 8: combine total_spent and items_purchased into one for loop
• Error 9: change if/else clause to just "if customer_id"
• Error 10: make '17' a constant variable
• Error 11: do if/else for rewards points above/below rather than doing one automatically
• Error 12: remove print statements
• Error 13: should be amount_spent
• Error 14: for bigger projects, Item should have getters and setters
