Base Station #4

So, we have the base station (which is just a Teensy connected to a computer that'll communicate with the rocket and flash some lights), it might be nice to have a GUI (or TUI, or something) that's a bit more user-friendly?

@Mac-Coleman , I know you wanted to work on this, you got first dibs!

it's. empty! and I still need to finish the live data feed, but it's alive!
