How are Mix chains organized? #4

Mixes could be independently organized and the actual path a mix message takes encoded in the message.

Or mix chains could be defined before starting, kind of like now.

Since this project is meant to lead to insights about an existing project and them using predefined mix chains with the mixes knowing of each other, in the near future there will probably be a single configuration file for a mix chain, from which they can initialize themselves.
