Major update to Ukrainian TR #244

ACHTUNG NOT COMPLETE (but accepteble)

I haven't managed to update translations for commands, config, config_comments and error before I went to sleep, so if I manage to do this before this PR gets accepted tomorrow (or rather today), I'll re-create the PR with full translation notice. In case I won't, it's fine to release it as it is, give or take. But daymn finally.

Fully completed

And I've just rermembered I don't really need to open new PR since new commits are merged automatically with the old one, hail git, hail coding software

My only concern is the localisation codename, I'm not exactly sure whether it's uk_UA since iirc McHorse and me were getting some sort of trouble with it back in the day so we might've used ua_UA, I wish I could look into Minecraft's .langs in order to check but I forgot how to do it at this point
