Fullscreen button broken fuctionality? #1252

My fullscreen button has broken. When I press it it does does not resize to fullscreen anymore but shows the top half of the map as a solid black bar and the bottom half is the top of the map screen.

Standard map view is working just fine. Does anyone have a fix?

screenshot 3 screenshot 4 maybe these will get me some help. i have tried reinstalling and deleting the folders containing the install and appdata.

Bumping because the board has some life again. Still have this issue after the newest update.
