Changing Config issue #1355

Hello, everytime I try and change the config.ini file now it gives me an error and wont load the map untitled

If I change the ini file back to an example file it lets me load the map again, but with the default settings.. I want to slow the scanning down to about a 50 second scan delay to avoid more captcha, any idea on whats going on?

untiatled ..this is my config file, only changed the scan delay. It worked great, but now it wont let me load the map

This place really this dead? I guess it was nice while it lasted.
