Mel registered for POD 2015 and is in the middle of an email convo with conf organizers about getting terping for the duration. (I think I got this -- Hoag wrote back and said he's on it, will be looping in the accessibility coordinator; I gave him the timeranges for each day I think I'll need stuff)

Confirm with POD which agency they are using, ask for agency's contact info. Send agency the "You are Terp for Mel" plus one paragraph explanation of what Mel is doing and hopes to achieve at POD.

Brittany typed up preliminary POD explanation for terps. Mel needs to give Brittany POD contact info so she can follow up on this.
