This is my first pull request ever, so I hope I am doing it right.
Feel free to reject it and use your own words, put it in a different place or use a different approach. Maybe if you don't want to edit the wp-config.php file we can use heroku env variables to introduce the custom keys, but copying and pasting is quite easy here.
