Animations aren't working on Google Chrome, iOS #103

Hi, so I tried to set up sal.js and everything went smooth, I got it working on my desktop, then I started trying to test it on other devices. And when I got to test it with iPhone and Google Chrome it... It isn't working. There is no animation. Just pure 0% -> 100% opacity, nothing more.

Any ideas about what might be causing it?
