CSO really slow loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download game image from this link www.filesonic.com/file/1341375884/Drvier
2. Copy it to ISO folder
3. Try to play - UbiSoft start-up logo won't be displayed on full speed. 
Instead it will be a slideshow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No fps lose. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CFW Pro 6.39 B8 on PSP-3004 (4g). 

Please provide any additional information below.

4GB Genuine SanDisk MemoryStick ProDuo.
CFW settings - default. Only change is to show MAC address

There are tons of stuff you haven't tried to speed the game up...
why is it slow?
1.ITS a CSO of course its slow since its compressed...
2.You did not change the speed to 333Mhz...
3.YOUR ISO cache is probably on default(not on max settings).
4.YOU could also try to decompress CSO to ISO...
5.You are most likely to be a newbie on CFWs!
6.This is not an issue!!!

@1 -

1. Yes I know it's slower - but laging on Ubi Soft logo is way too much.
2. Speed is on default - per game.
3. Yes it's on default and I have wroted that mr. uber expert ;)
4. Done that, but that's not the case
5. You are most likely mr.expert with way too big self-esteem and ego problems. 
Sorry that you will hear it from "newbie" (dumping pops files for GEN CFW is 
newbie thing ;) but your point.5 is showing that you have issues with your 
personality and should seek help. Hope it will bet better :)
6. I think it's dev call to say what is an issue, and what is not, so again 
your ego lead you astray.

@2 - Thank you for your kind reply. I've tried changing it to always and this 
way Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars.cso started to runnnin very slow. Loading times was a 
disaster, so I've changed ms speed-up to VSH only.

Sorry for all grammar / other mistakes - I've broken my arm and it's harder to 
write with gypsum ;/

You wrongly assumed I'm rising this issue because I have problem and expect 
that it'll be fixed specially for me - No ;)

And it's marked as "Issue" since there is no option to change it to something 
else ;)

From my own experience I know minor glitches/bugs can lead to serious problems 
and just wanted to point this issue for devs, since they could be not aware of 
it.

If PRO Team thinks this can't lead to bigger glitches/bugs then please close 
the ticket :)

Had a problem within a stage where you stop 3 trucks within a time limit and 
trying to get to one of them will crash.

Tested with 6.20 PRO-B8 Permanent using all drivers with and without MS 
Speedup. ISO Cache Enabled throughout all tests.
