Mobile Navigation #2

When in mobile view, my navigation functions well but is only visible under my main parallax header. I want it to push down the content and have tried using two different parallaxs' that swap out with different screen sizes but haven't found a solution.

In order for the navigation to push the whole website content down it would have to be at the very top—above the div that has your logo.
