Add USD values if possible #7

Apparently CoinGecko has a year of data for free: https://x.com/sooneggg/status/1850523195662901442

There's also GeckoTerminal API, which is 6 months data

They think they cover most Jupiter tokens: https://x.com/sooneggg/status/1850527507445055532

Worth trying this! It'd be great to be able to add input/output/fee USD values
