Update your virus definitions. Windows defender -> Virus & threat protection -> Protection updates -> Check for updates.

Apologies - I submitted it to Microsoft a few days ago and assumed it would be sorted by now, looks like they're taking their time. I'll keep this issue open until it's sorted. In the meantime you can allow it through Defender - Virus & threat protection - Protection history - find the one referencing patch.zip - actions - allow on device
