->130 pin count header

• Approx. min 100x150 board size (excluding connector footprint)
• Preference is for vertical headers (better choice)
• China Spec OK
• Must be sealable (glue ok)
• Base plate/Case assembly must be via fasteners (not glue)
• Must be available

Current Connector Leanings: TE 154 Pin Header Molex CMC/CMX 154 Pin Header (preferred)

Larger than preferred, but seems to meet the balance of requirements.
