power off for 9338 #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 9338 zimage doesn't  power off
the screen shows you can safely turn your machine off, then it stops.
Screen will not be shutdown even if I hold the power button.The reset combo 
"select + start+power" has no effect ,either.
