fixed the error on SQL Editor in Supabase saying Failed to run sql query

This pull requests resolves the two issues:

The first one is the error that we get while running the schema.sql in Supabase saying "Failed to run sql query : type vector does not exist"
Added dotenv in the requirements.txt, which was missing.
Modified the Readme for easier installation process.
