Is there support for scoring with Rule Set 2 from Doench et al. Nature Biotechnology, 2016 ?

sorry for the delay, I missed this issue. We don't support rule set 2 yet, as it will take a bit of engineering to get it incorporated. I hope soon to have a bit of time to come back and implement some of the machine learning methods (like this one)
