Fix divide by zero at k=0
Allow passing multidimensional kx/ky (e.g. Numpy meshgrid)
Allow passing multidimensional k of complex coordinates
Changed scaling to match mriphantom
WIP: Coil sensitivity is broken, and code is not tested much.

Which way would you want to go with the indexing? Supporting multiple modes (separate kx/ky, complex k, perhaps k with real x/y as last dimension)...?

Sounds good, I'm fine with supporting multiple modes for indexing. I'll take a look at coil sensitivities.
