Editor: Title of page should be "Filename - Pageforest Application Editor" #102

Right now the title of page is just "Pageforest Application Editor".  This is 
confusing if you are trying to edit more than one tab, because you can't 
identify which is which.  

The title should be "<filename> - Pageforest Application Editor"
