Application and document urls do not link to development server locations #27

Steps to Reproduce:

- Run a local (devapp) server.
- Visit an application detail page: e.g., 
http://www.pageforest/apps/mandelbrot/

Results:

Link the application is listed as:

http://mandelbrot.pageforest.com/

Expected:

Line to application at:

http://mandelbrot.pageforest/

Notes:

Similarly, links to documents are like this:

http://scratch.pageforest.com/#mckoss-my-document-9691

but they should be to:

http://scratch.pageforest/#mckoss-my-document-9691

Several times, I've been confused by being taken to the production server 
when I was trying to test locally.
