Improper window closing on /sign-in #45

Steps to Reproduce:

- Sign in to Pageforest
- Create new browser window.
- Go to http://pageforest.com/sign-in

Results:

- Since we're already signed the window is closed.

Expected:

- We should NOT close the window unless we are getting a redirect from an 
application sign-in.  We should just display the sign-in page and let the user 
click /sign-out link.
