Make scratch app better as a tutorial #50

The scratch app is the first intro for a new developer, yet it does not walk 
them through an orderly sequence of steps to getting started.

- Add intro text to index.html, explaining that this is the "simplest" 
pageforest app, and can be copied by them as a way to get started.
- Explain how to use and test that they can save a sample document.
- Show and explain the saved data format.
- Show and explain the document storage link page.
- Explain how they can make a copy of the app, and then launch the editor to 
modify their copy.
