[sign in] Sign-in page doesn't redirect user back to the app (iPhone / iPad fullscreen mode) #82

Steps to Reproduce:

- Open any pf app with an AppBar (my.pageforest.com)
- "Add to Home Screen"
- Launch it from Home Screen
- Sign-in

Results:
After signed in and "Allow Access", the sign-in remain. There is no way to go 
back to the app except relaunching the app

Expected:
Either of the following will be acceptable:
1) The sign-in page go away, and relaunch the app
2) The sign-in page open externally to Safari
