Fields entry change is not effecting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Entered the query on header section. 
2.click on send button
3.Using mouse cut any Valid input part from the entered query, It should 
display the result, But giving the last entered result. Not catching the 
effected change in the header area. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Windows 7, Chrome Version 43.0.2357.81 m
