Server Configuration: Don't set configuration until Apply is clicked #13

Queue up all changes including setting grains and ENC changes then make the changes when Apply is pressed. This will speed up the UI and will stop anything changing (for example if a server does a highstate whilst the user is making changes) until the user explicitly tells Obdi to make the changes.
