Emulator as a function of cosmology

I need to be able to include the cosmological simulations in the emulator. The good news is, this seems like it may actually be easier than I had initially anticipated. Iin the branch load_zhongxu_data I've shown that the emulator can effectively load in data from that scheme. Some of the code in that branch is sloppily hard-coded in, so that'll need adjusting. But the major things I'll actually have to do are

• [x] Modify the training scheme such that it can populate cosmological boxes
• [x] Similar to the above, change my data architecture to be more like zhongxu's. It has less reduncancy and is easier to read. I wonder if I can roll that into the training_file_loc system.
• [x] I'll need to add to the kittens and the cache system a box that is descriptive of the Emu's. I don't know where they are or what properties they have yet.

I should ask about them today.
