Make it so Build Summary Tab only shows on Builds that have the Allure task #5

Can you please update this extension so that the "Allure Report" tab on the Build Summary pages only shows up for pipelines that have the Allure Report task in the pipeline? It is confusing for our end users to see that Allure Report tab on all build summaries.

For example, the SonarQube extension does this, its build summary tab only renders when the SonarQube extension is in the given pipeline.
