esxsdos.sys loading error #5

HI Thank you for the project, very nice I built two boards and both have this issue, exsdos.sys loading error and reset of the Spectrum I programmed the eeprom with ESXMMC.BIN from esxdos089 with an external programmer and soldered it then I programmed the Altera chip with tld_divtiesus.pof but I am stocked with esxdos.sys loading error tried two different sd cards 32 and 16 gb filled with bin and sys dir from exsdos089 What I am doing wrong? thank you

99% you have damaged eeprom content. flash it from tape to fix or reprogram. generally i do not flash production units with eprom in socket.

thanks lotharek1977, I solved the problem changing the oscillator, it must be active 3,3 volts
