Arc-Red-Darker does not work in XFCE #12

The theme looks exactly like Arc-Darker. Example: screenshot_2017-03-16_17-56-41

I looked in the GTK2 gtkrc file and found that the selection colour was unchanged from the original Arc theme. I switched it to the right color and that fixed it.
