Breaking Changes

EJS is now a peer dependency, and must be installed separately
Options may not be passed via the 'ejsHtmlLoader' property; only 'ejsHtml' is accepted
Development
Source files are in ES2015 and compiled with Babel
Test files are in CoffeeScript
ESLint is used for linting, replacing JSHint and JSCS
Set up automatic deployment to NPM from Travis
