Selected temp directory is not honored #239

Hi, I'm trying to use another drive as my temp directory for extraction, but it always extracts to my user's temp directory. I tried different settings but it happens the same thing temp

Did you notice the "Use for removable drives only" checkbox in the window? It means that your selected working (temp) folder will be only used when you're creating/updating an archive on a removable media (such as a USB drive, floppy drive).

If you want to force usage of the specified temp folder, just unselect this checkbox.

Is the temp (working) folder used for extraction? I think not.

I tried that setting and it behaves the same. So there's no way to change the temp folder used for extraction on drag & drop then. The working folder is just for operations on archives as you said.

I checked the 7-Zip forum and Igor seems to be aware of this. He just suggests to change the system temp folder. I don't know why he insists in limiting the path for archive operations only.
