What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2. just cant install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cannot install twofinger.ex cos it tells me i need synaptic driver and device 
but am i sure i do have installed synaptic14.03 driver from synaptic 
sucessfully

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 64 bit
