Add targetted entity to SentinelAttackEvent for API usage #338

I've expanded the API a tad bit, I'm working on a plugin that hooks into Sentinel to add combat functionality and this is necessary for me, plus this just seemed like something the event would benefit from for other developers.

This seems like a good idea, but the PR itself is a bit messy (JavaDocs misformatted, Entity vs LivingEntity), etc. I'm going to treat this like a feature request rather than a PR and just add it in.
