cleanup UI #50

I think the current UI of webui extensions is not so end-user friendly. but the ui of SD-dynamic-thresholding is not consistent with others. This is my attempt to fix the consistency.

fix for more consistent ui
remove embedded css.
more compact ui
misc fixes
