Enhancement request: support using airserv-ng interfaces.
The aircrack-ng suite will accept hostname:ip as the interface and utilize an
airserv-ng server, for example, an embedded linux device attached directly to a
high-gain antenna.
To support this anything that is typically done directly to the wifi interface
(i.e. put in monitor) would have to disabled.
